Behavioral Health Network, Inc. (BHN) is a non-profit community behavioral health service agency that provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral healthcare to help individuals, families, and communities improve the quality of lives for those with behavioral health and developmental challenges.

The coalition is made up of people committed to preventing and reducing youth substance use, which aligns with the mission of BHN, and we are fortunate to be a part of this dedicated team.

CHD

Center for Human Development is a Human Services agency, with over 70 programs that serve those in Western Mass and CT. From Early Intervention and young children through Adult Day Health, CHD recognizes the unique needs of program participants and works to go above and beyond each and every day.

We are passionate about our combined efforts, with the Coalition, to positively influence and inform the lives of our young citizens.

Pathways for Parents- Coordinated Family and Community Engagement

Pathways for Parents prepares children birth to age 8 for school readiness, supports parenting education and provides resources to families.

We believe the Coalition embodies family education and prevention, beginning with our youngest citizens and their families.

Pathways for Parents

GFWC Wilbraham Junior Women’s Club was founded in 1977, and this chapter is comprised of women, who live and work in the eastern Hampden County area.  The General Federation of Women’s Clubs is an international women’s organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.  Their motto is:   Living the Volunteer Spirit.
 
WJWC is proud to work with the Coalition to positively impact our young people.
